HELP!!!! It's camp time again and I am feeling blocked. I'm trying to come up with some fun activities and spiritual activities for girls camp and am having a MAJOR mental block. Everything I look at, I feel like I've already seen before.
Does anyone have any good ideas? The theme is "Hold your torches High" with olympics as a side theme. Please share your thoughts!

Have you subscribed to this yahoo group yet? I love these groups because it's women from all over the world sharing their ideas. I'm in a group for sharing time, music time, and another one for just any primary topic. You will get the updated messages in your e-mail. You can also go directly to the group and look in the old files and messages or you can post a question for anybody to answer. You have to subscribe to the group to have access though.

Okay I checked and that link doesnt work. Go to yahoo then click on groups. type in lds camp director and it will come up with a few groups. Some only have around 300 members but the one I tried to put the link on for you has around 1400 members. That's probably the one you want. Love you!
Okay I'm an idiot again because I just tried that and it came up with nothing. It's late okay?! Type in the search: "lds girls camp" that should do it. What would be the most funny part about all these comments is if you are already a member! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ! I'm going to bed now.
Such a cute family you have! HEY, our stake did this theme last year and we have THE MOST amazing camp leader. She had such great ideas. Let me get her email, and give her a heads up. You should really pick her brain!

Hey Kristen our YW did that theme and they had the cute hand held flash lights that had fans with the flame - I'm sure you have heard of it. But we have also used the torches with battery operated lights with tissue in it for flame. Of course we turned off the lights and every one sang a song. We started with one light then she light the next light and so on and so forth - it was so cool to see everyone join in.
